Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, may arise that prevent us from holding the Tesla owners club event as planned.  If the event needs to be cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify all registered attendees by 7pm the night before the event.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
